Instant Internet (Plan A):
The "Instant Internet" package allows you to have an Internet presence within five working days or sooner, for a one time fee that covers one full year of service.
Includes four 8-1/2" X 11" pages, one meg of memory, one year of Internet server charges, one minor update per month (phone number change, typo, etc.), unlimited graphic images or photos (up to one meg), and all programming charges. No charge for scanning in existing photos, logos, or art work (up to 8-1/2" X 14"). Over ten different page styles to choose from. Although you do not have a unique "URL" (Uniform Resource Locator), also known as your Internet address, you will have an easy to remember address attached to our site I.E. "http://www.twrinc.com/acme". "Acme" would be any name that you would like to use. For a unique registered "URL", and virtually unlimited server memory, review "Plan B".
Pricing
Cost for one year: $795.00. This is your only out of pocket cost to be on the Internet for one full year.
Cost per month after one year: $34.95 (minimum three month billing)
Cost for additional pages: $200.00 per page plus $10.00 per month, up to a maximum monthly billing of $150.00 per month, and maximum memory of 10 meg.
Cost for additional memory, over one meg per page (non accumulative): $20.00 per meg, maximum 10 meg.
Custom work and changes/additions: $60.00 per hour, minimum one hour billing.
Full Internet Presence (Plan B):
The "Full Internet Presence" package allows you to establish a permanent registered and protected "URL" address I.E. "http://www.acme.com" (acme being your company name), unlimited server memory, and e-mail services. We include in this package all registration fees, monthly server and e-mail charges, and "search engine" registration. Your full Internet address, and e-mail address, should be included on business cards, stationary, ads, and brochures.
With this type of site you can display on the Internet your company brochures, photographs, logos, catalogs, pricing, in addition to automated order taking, automated e-mail, and many other services. We can also provide reports documenting how many customers are accessing your site, dates and times of access, and many other reports.
Pricing
Setup charge for "URL" registration, e-mail service, and creating a "base" site. The base site consists of five 8-1/2" X 11" pages maximum, of text and graphics, including at minimum your address, phone, fax, e-mail numbers, and a master table of contents. In some cases five pages are enough to also include product information, catalogs, pricing, etc.: $895.00.
Monthly charge for Internet service (five pages): $79.95 (minimum three month billing). This includes one minor change per month (phone number, address, typo, etc.). Includes a maximum of 50 meg of server memory. This monthly charge also includes an e-mail service provider, with a unique e-mail address I.E. "acme@netbox.com". "Netbox" is the name of the e-mail provider that we use. This e-mail service will allow us to forward your mail to three different locations, if necessary. NOTE, there is an additional fee passed on to us from the URL registration service to maintain your registration. We will pass this on to you at our cost plus a $50.00 handling fee. At present this fee is $50.00 per year after the first two years.
Price for each additional 8-1/2" X 11" page of text and graphics: $200.00 plus $10.00 per month, up to a maximum monthly charge of $150.00. Memory is unlimited, up to 50 meg.
Instead of paying a per page price, we will be glad to quote a not to exceed price for the entire site development, based on a $60.00 per hour rate. In some cases this can be more cost effective.
Memory over 50 meg is $5.00 per meg, per month. If more than 50 meg is required the maximum monthly charge of $150.00 does not apply.
Additional Requirements
1.) Regardless of the Internet package you select, you will require a browser and ISP (Internet Service Provider) to monitor your site and collect e-mail. We recommend that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser and MSN or AT&T as you ISP. As a dealer for Internet Explorer we can provide you with the software or direct you to it. The software is free and the monthly charge from MSN or AT&T for unlimited Internet access is $19.95. You will pay this monthly fee directly to MSN or AT&T. We recommend that you use AT&T if possible. The Microsoft Internet Explorer browser is without question the best there is. Encourage your customers to use MSN or AT&T with Internet Explorer. We also recommend that you have a "back up" browser or "online" service such as Prodigy or America Online (AOL). It is important to have more than one "door" into the Internet. Prodigy and AOL also provide e-mail services, but keep in mind that Internet access on either of these services is slow. At present Prodigy charges $16.10 per month and AOL charges $4.95 per month (for limited access).
2.) You must provide us with the content (text) and graphics (photographs and art work) for your Internet site. This content can also consist of existing business cards, letterhead, brochures, and catalogs. Text must be in Wordperfect or Word for Windows, and on floppy disk. Photographs and art work must be high resolution and ideally 5" X 7" to 8-1/2" X 14" in size . In addition we can utilize graphic images in .JPG or .GIF format on floppy disk. We will utilize the content that we receive from you for creating the first draft of your home page. The per page price includes a maximum of three drafts. Once the first draft meets with your approval we will create the final draft and load this onto your Internet site. A final third draft will be allowed within ten days. Select a page style that you prefer from our "Sample Page Styles" section.
Additional Services
1.) At additional cost we offer professional photography services. We can photograph your products, scan in photographs and art work, or "capture" images from videos, for display on the Internet. 1.) Payment in full at time of order, this includes the first three months charges (if they apply). We accept personal and company checks, American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.
2.) We bill quarterly for monthly fees. You will be invoiced every three months, for three months of service, 30 days in advance. Our terms for any invoiced service is payment in full within five days from the invoice date. If we do not receive full payment within five days, your Internet site will be removed, and e-mail services cancelled. To re-instate and re-load your site, a minimum fee of $300.00 will be required. If your service is cancelled, we will make every effort to maintain a copy of your site for one year, although we can not guarantee this.
3.) We utilize the best servers and e-mail services that we can find. However, we do not have control ultimately, from our providers going out of business or providing un-reliable services. If this should occur we will switch providers at no charge to you. This will not effect your "URL" if it is registered, but can effect your "Instant Internet" address or e-mail address. We are not responsible for these changes, as they can require changes to your business cards, brochures, and letter head.
4.) All prices shown at the time of order, are guaranteed for one year. All prices are subject to change at any time, and will be updated on our Internet site as required.
