Professional Photography Services: Medium Format and 35mm film, digital stills, and digital video. Portrait, Industrial, and Commercial photography onsite. Digital darkroom services, custom high resolution printing, and scanning. We use only the finest professional cameras, film, printers, lighting, and backgrounds available. Equipment includes Mamiya, Nikon, and Canon. Kodak Professional Film. Member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America). A sampling of our photographs were on display at the "106th Annual Exhibition of Professional Photography" in Atlanta Georgia.

Onsite Film or Digital Photography Package: Fixed cost Commercial Photography services onsite. Generally includes photos of equipment and products for use in brochures, newsletters, Internet sites, etc. Can also include Employee and Executive portraits, for newsletter or promotion announcements. Includes a professional photography session utilizing medium format film, 25mm film, or digital cameras and associated lighting. Color contact sheets and/or digital images are used to select your enlargements from. Contact sheet photos are approx. 3.3" X 2.5" in size, digital images are displayed on our internet site on a secured private page. We may also take approx. medium format Polaroid instant color prints, or digital shots, (at our discretion) during the photo session, to confirm lighting, colors, etc. The Polaroid or digital images, will give you a preview of what to expect with your final prints. You do not receive proofs or prints with this package. Enlargements and/or Digital Prints can be ordered at additional cost.

This package includes a 4-hour maximum (on location) session with maximum of 30-medium format photographs taken, and misc 35mm and digital photos. Includes setup time, and one hour maximum round trip travel time. Commercial photography is limited to products approx. 15' X 15' or smaller for strobes, unlimited size with existing light. This package can be utilized as part of our Expert Witness Services.

Onsite Digital Video Photography Package: Our digital video onsite work is intended to document equipment operation and other moving devices for investigative purposes. This is not considered a "Professional Session", although we use state of the art high resolution digital video equipment, and supplemental lighting in some cases. Applies in most cases to our Expert Witness Services, Patent documentation, etc. Includes an edited digital video on Hi8 tape or DVD. Can also be transferred to VHS tape, .mpg files, etc. at additional cost.

This package includes a 4-hour maximum (on location) session with maximum of 120 minutes of un-edited digital video. Includes setup time, and one hour maximum round trip travel time. Commercial photography is limited to products approx. 15' X 15' or smaller with supplemental lighting, unlimited size with existing light.

Onsite Time and Material Photography: For customized sessions, or if the customer is not sure of their requirements, we will be glad to estimate not to exceed costs, and bill based on our standard hourly rates and material costs. See our rate table for these costs.

Note, for all onsite work, a minimum size area is required for location portraits or commercial photography. For portraits, a minimum area of 14' long X 10' wide X 8' high is required in order to set up our lights, background, and camera. For commercial, an open area of at least 10' minimum from the product on all sides, and above, is required for strobes. However, we will do the best we can to work within any environment. We are not responsible for "draping" or covering backgrounds.

Travel Time by Car	$40 per hour	Hours traveled in order to work at customer site which exceed 30 minutes one way. 15 minute increments will be billed.
In house work	$40 per hour	Includes printing, sorting, and misc. office work.
In house digital darkroom work, and editing	$80 per hour	Includes digital dodging and burning, touch ups, etc. Estimate a minimum of 1/2 hour per print for minor touch ups. Once the touch up work is done, our normal digital printing prices apply. Also covers digital video editing.
Medium format film and processing	$39 per roll	Medium format film (15 exposure). Includes film, processing, and contact sheet.
35mm format film and processing	$29 per roll	35mm format film (36 exposure). Includes film, processing, and contact sheet.
Polaroid medium format film pack	$33 per roll	Polaroid film (10 exposure). Used for test shots with medium format camera.
Digital photos	$40 per 20 images	Digital images (20 total). Includes ten 72DPI images for PC display and ten high resolution images. Stored on CD ROM or floppy disk. The low resolution images act as a "proof sheet" for display on a PC screen, and can be accessed via our Internet site. A higher resolution image is maintained for later use (printing, etc.). Does not include costs for editing and touch ups.
Digital images from scanned color film negatives	$15 per image	High resolution negative film scan and storage on Kodak Pro Photo CD Master Disk (by Kodak). This service is highly recommended if you anticipate the need for digital images used in advertising, or printing. The quality of these digital images rival photographs taken with $20,000 digital cameras. High quality digital enlargements up to 11X14" in size, can be produced from these images. Medium format or 35mm negatives.
5X7 or smaller print	$15 per print	From digital source. Printed on Premium Glossy photo paper, 720DPI printer, 6-color. Includes minor touch up and color/light correction.
8X10 print	$20 per print	From digital source. Printed on Premium Glossy photo paper, 720DPI printer, 6-color. Includes minor touch up and color/light correction.
11X14 print	$30 per print	From digital source. Printed on Premium Glossy photo paper, 720DPI printer, 6-color. Includes minor touch up and color/light correction.
5X7 or smaller print	$11 per print	From color film negative. Printed by professional lab on Premium Glossy photo paper. Includes minor color/light correction.
8X10 print	$18 per print	From color film negative. Printed by professional lab on Premium Glossy photo paper. Includes minor color/light correction.
11X14 print	$35 per print	From color film negative. Printed by professional lab on Premium Glossy photo paper. Includes minor color/light correction.

Terms, Conditions, and Policy
NOTE, discounts and special pricing only apply if all of our standard terms and conditions are accepted.
1.) Negative and digital image policy: As with most Professional Photography services, we retain the negatives and/or digital images for one year, and our prices reflect this. This insures you of proper storage and care of the negatives and images. After one year we will offer the negatives or images to you for a fee of $10 each (all negatives and images must be purchased in one lot). However, negatives or images can be purchased at the time of processing for $25 each (all negatives or images must be purchased in one lot). After one year we will attempt to store the negatives and images indefinitely, but will not be responsible for them, from that time on. Under no circumstances will we sell or publish the negatives or images without your written permission, and at your request, the negatives or images will be destroyed. When negatives or images are purchased, proofs, contact sheets, and/or storage medium (floppy disks, Zip Disks, CD ROM, etc.), will also be supplied at no additional charge.
2.) For "Fixed Fee" sessions, the session amount is due in advance. For time and material sessions, and enlargements, printing, digital darkroom, and other services, these cost will be estimated and must be paid in advance. We will refund any difference for "not to exceed costs". We accept personal checks, company checks, and PayPal. Once an account is established we may convert to Net 10.
3.) We are obligated to provide you with high quality Professional photographs, but we are not a "glamour" studio which provides make up and/or special effects to enhance photos. We use filters occasionally, and lighting effects to bring out your best features in portraits, and the best possible photos of equipment and devices. We offer photo or negative re-touch and digital darkroom services at additional charge, if required. If the photographs are not acceptable due to bad film, camera failure, or other conditions beyond our control, we will have the option of re-shooting at no charge, or offering you a full refund.
